How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by:

• Sending an email to: info@hihgroup.ae

• Using the account deletion option inside your profile settings (if available)

Your request must include:

• Your registered email address

• Full name

• Any relevant account details

What Happens After Deletion

Upon verifying your identity:

• Your account will be permanently deleted

• Access to purchased content may be removed

• Personal data associated with your account will be erased

Please note that deletion is irreversible.

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Resolving disputes

Such data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
